Do you offer payment plans?No, in-person training is a reoccurring monthly payment. We do not accept cash or cash app for any personal training option.

What if I can't commit to your training hours?Move With Bleu has different training options to fit your schedule. If you're unable to come in person or live outside of Metro Atlanta, GA and the surrounding cities, I offer online training that can be anytime and anywhere. If you live in Atlanta, GA but can't commit to the training hours, I offer Hybrid Training which will give you 1 or 2 in-person training days out of the week and the rest of your program will be on our online training platform.

What do I need for home-based training?You'll need: -One set of dumbbells -One resistance band for lower body -One long loop band -One jump rope

What do I need for gym-based training?You'll need access to a full gym that has: -Barbells -Free weights -Cables -Resistance bands -Medicine Balls

Do you offer payment plans?No, online training is subscription based. The full amount is needed on a monthly bases to have access to the online platform.

Are the workouts customized?Yes, each person will have a program that fits their current fitness level. The program will be progressive when Coach Bleu permits.

Will you give me a meal plan?No, Coach Bleu will not plan your meals for you, but a meal guide will be provided that will give you suggestions for recipes, a grocery list, and a break down of how to build your meals based on your calorie intake.

How will I track my progress?The online platform has a client dashboard where you will be able to upload your progress pictures each week, update your current weight and an app to help track your meals.
